If you've used Ever Glo as recommended for 180 consecutive days and don't see visible improvement, you're eligible for our Growth Guarantee! Simply follow these 5 steps:
Step 1: Take Your Day 1 Baseline Photo
Before your first treatment, take clear photos of your scalp/thinning areas with a timestamp. Capture different angles (top of head, hairline, part line) in good lighting.
Step 2: Complete 90 Days of Consecutive Treatment
Use Ever Glo 2-3 times per week as directed. After 90 days, take progress photos from the same angles with a timestamp.
Step 3: Complete 180 Days of Consecutive Treatment
Continue consistent use for the full 180 days. On day 180, take final photos from the same angles with a timestamp.
Step 4: Email Your 3 Timestamped Photos
Send all three sets of photos (Day 1, Day 90, Day 180) to info@tryeverglo.com with your order number. Include a brief description of your experience.
Step 5: Receive Your Refund
Allow 3 business days for processing. Once approved, you'll receive a full refund confirmation email. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Right of Cancellation (14-Day Window)
You have a cancellation period of 14 days from the day you or a third party receives the goods.
Important Notice:
Orders are processed immediately through our automated system
We cannot interrupt shipping once an order is placed
If goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible until after delivery
You may then return the product following our standard return process
To Cancel Your Order:
Contact us at support@everglo.com with a clear declaration of your intention to cancel. Include your order number and contact information.
Consequences of Cancellation:
We will refund all payments received from you (excluding any non-standard delivery costs you selected) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice and the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
